Thank you for your interest in
hosting an Encinitas Chamber of Commerce Sundowner! As a result of FAQ’s
asked by our hosts in the past, we have developed the following guidelines:
You
must e-mail your business logo to the Chamber
office 30 days in advance to be used for advertising
purposes.
You
should provide hearty hors ‘d oeuvres and
beverages for approximately 65 guests (number
of guests subject to increase based on event).
The Chamber can recommend member restaurants
and caterers to accommodate a variety of price
ranges. Beer and wine sales will be arranged
between the host and the Chamber.
You
must provide a check-in table at the entrance
to the event for signing in guests, a raffle
prize table and the appropriate number of trashcans.
You
must provide a minimum of two raffle prizes for
our drawing. Each business that donates a raffle
prize will be recognized at the time of the drawing,
as well as in our monthly newsletter, What to
Know.
We
encourage you to welcome the attendees and share
information regarding your products and services.
This is your opportunity to enjoy increased visibility
within the community!
If
you are not able to meet these guidelines, we
invite you to donate a raffle prize in order
to receive recognition for your business. Your
raffle prize will be on display throughout the
evening and the name of your business will be
announced before the winning ticket is called.
If you donate a raffle prize, the winner may
become a new customer or client. Everyone wins!
