About Carolina Van Leeuwen
Encinitas Digital Watercolorist Carolina Van Leeuwen
Carolina van Leeuwen is a local Photographer/Artist from Encinitas.
Her passion for photography and flowers started since childhood growing up in Spain and Holland where she’s originally from. After taking fine art classes and later photography, she decided to combine the two and digitally create a “digital watercolor” flower.
These are photos of flowers painted “digitally” using Photoshop to give a realistic impression of a painted canvas. She has them printed on canvas, stretched and wrapped around a wood frame ready to hang. Carolina’s art paintings come in different sizes.
Most of her collection of flowers are from local areas of Encinitas.
